Well here it is my feelings on the hell house llc lineage movie! courtesy of the awesome people at DEAD NORTHERN HORROR FILM FESTIVAL i got to see the movie early as apart of the films UK PREMIERE here in the lovely town of YORK!! lets goo!
Hell House LLC Lineage breaks tradition, its the first in the series to not use the found footage style that made this film series popular. Instead its opts to tell a traditional story – however for this movie story It worked and I dont know how they would have done it as found footage.
Before going to see this movie I heard nothing but bad things, people walking out of cinemas and the internet saying this movie was abysmal
However after seeing this film on the big screen as apart of the DEAD NORTHERN HORROR FILM FEST I was greatly surprised and I enjoyed it!!
As many people know I am not the biggest fan of found footage movies however I loved the low budget charm of HELL HOUSE LLC series and I have recently watched all the other movies in the lead up to this movie!! and I am glad I did!!
This movie would be confusing if you have not seen the rest of the franchise. This movie felt like it was building all the way through, following through on the storylines of the previous movies whilst giving us new intriegue.
For once the movie did not have an over the top ending, instead it ops to give us seeds of a potential final movie!! which is exciting for fans of the series and I suppose at this point were 5 movies deep… i need an ending to this franchise now so yes lets go for the 6th and final movie lol
If you have seen all the negative views on the internet, ignore them. go into this movie with a clean head space and see what YOU think of the movie. I personally enjoyed it!
